These Terms govern your use of the Nula iOS app and related services operated by Design Farm. By creating an account or using Nula, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Nula provides access to ebooks and audiobooks you purchase, unlock via subscription, or receive as complimentary content. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You may delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account).
Purchases & subscriptions
- Paid titles and Nula Plus subscriptions are billed by Apple through the App Store.
- Subscription length, price, and auto-renewal terms are shown in the app and in App Store product details before you buy.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds are handled under Apple’s policies.
- Use Restore purchases in the app if entitlements are missing after reinstall or device change.
Content license
Purchased or unlocked titles are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use in Nula. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share app content unless a title’s license expressly allows it.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use Nula in ways that violate law or these Terms.
Disclaimer
Nula is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page.
