This Privacy Policy describes how Nula (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Nula iOS app and related services. Nula is operated by Design Farm.
Information we collect
- Account details — email address, display name, date of birth, and gender (when you provide them during signup or profile setup). Sign-in may be handled by Clerk (email or Google / Apple / Microsoft).
- App activity — reading and listening progress, library entitlements, device labels you register, and preference settings.
- Purchases — subscription and in-app purchase status processed through Apple and RevenueCat (we receive entitlement signals, not your full payment card details).
How we use information
- Create and secure your account
- Personalize catalog, library, and onboarding
- Sync progress and unlock purchased or complimentary titles
- Provide customer support when you contact us
- Operate, maintain, and improve the app
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We use service providers that process data on our behalf, including Clerk (authentication), our hosted API/database providers, Apple (App Store billing), and RevenueCat (subscription entitlements). They may process data only as needed to provide those services.
Retention & deletion
We keep account data while your account is active. You can delete your account in the Nula app under Settings → Delete account. That removes your Nula account data from our systems, subject to limited records we may retain where legally required (for example, purchase records).
Children
Nula is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
